Refund Policy

Our refund policy at The Smart Watch Shop states that we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. If you receive a faulty item, we will refund or replace it—if available—with a product of at least the same specifications. Any return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be processed via the same original payment platform used for the purchase.
